Ordering


An account is not required to place an order at memcosafety.com. To place an order without setting up an account, simply proceed through the checkout process. An email address will be required to send your order confirmation.

Yes. To place an order for shipment to a location outside of the United States and Canada, please contact Customer Service.

To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Orders placed for immediate shipment cannot be cancelled.


Payment


Memco Safety offers the following payment methods:

  • MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express
  • Personal or Business Checks
  • EFT or Wire Transfer
  • Cash
  • Purchase Orders

To apply for a Memco Safety Business Account, please call 866-749-8930. Terms for business accounts are subject to credit approval.

To view invoices online:

  • Sign in to your memcosafety.com account.
  • From the Account Dashboard, select Invoices & Shipments located under Account Tools.
  • Select View Details for the invoice you wish to view from the displayed list. You can also search invoices by entering the invoice number, PO number, Order number, invoice date, or ship to.

For items stocked by Memco Safety, your credit card will be billed at the time of shipment. For items shipped directly from the manufacturer, your credit card will be billed immediately upon order.


Shipping


Orders that are direct shipped from the manufacturer are not able to be tracked through memcosafety.com. Please contact Customer Service to obtain tracking information for direct shipped orders.

To place an order for shipment to a location outside of the United States and Canada, please contact Customer Service.

Yes, we offer overnight shipping and expedited delivery for stocked items where available. To receive a quote for expedited shipping, please contact Customer Service.


Returns & Cancellations


To return an order, please contact Customer Service. Some returns may be subject to restocking fees and/or other fees. We do not offer returns on custom products, special order products, assemble-to-order products, or non-returnable items.

If the order shipped on Memco Safety’s shipping account, please contact Customer Service for assistance. If the order was shipped using your company's shipping account, a damaged shipment claim will need to be filed using your carrier and account number.

To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Orders placed for immediate shipment cannot be cancelled.


My Account


To request an online account, click here to sign up.

  • Enter your name and email address and click submit. A confirmation link will be sent to your email address.
  • Click the link to confirm your email address and enter the required information. Then click Create Web Account.
  • You will receive a confirmation email within 1-2 business days once your account has been approved.

If you need further assistance creating an online account, please contact customer service.

If you have forgotten your password, click here and follow the prompts to reset it.

To change your online account password:

  • Sign in to your memcosafety.com account and click the Change Password link located in the Account Tools section of the Account Dashboard.
  • Enter your new password and click the Change Password button.

To update the email address associated with your account:

  • Sign in to your memcosafety.com account and click the Edit Profile link located under the Current Profile section of the Account Dashboard. Alternatively, you can click Web Account Info under the Account Tools section of the Account Dashboard.
  • Update your address in the Email Address field.
  • Click the Update Information button.

Product Information


Yes, Memco Safety has access to specialty items and full lines of product from a variety of manufacturers and suppliers. If you would like to receive a quote for specialty items or products not available on our website, please contact Customer Service.

For specific product questions such as selecting the right product, application assistance, installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting, please contact Customer Service and we will connect you to one of our Product Specialists.
